We work best with digital marketing & IT product teams in strategy, implementation, and growth engagements.
Types of Engagement
How we add value:
The foundation of every project is built upon taking a deep dive into user data and applying those insights to create measurable requirements, goals, and strategies that inform the execution and growth work ahead.
Strategy + Implementation
With a solid foundation built on user-insights and data we apply that knowledge to create and develop custom websites and applications that are designed to measure KPI's and ROI.
Strategy + Implementation + Growth
The work isn't over after a product is shipped. In our growth phase we help our clients optimize their new products through strategic marketing strategies that track to their new data and KPIs.
Strategy services make up the first two phases of our process map: Discovery and Strategy. Here we do the work to fully understand your business and goals, taking a deep dive into both qualitative and quantitative data. We then begin to define what that data is telling us through a series of recommendations and requirements that clearly define what we will make and how we will make it.

Implementation services make up the third phase of our process map, often accomplished in sprints. In the execution phase we start building the frame and picking out paint colors. This is often the most anticipated part of any project because we really start to see what all that strategy work has lead up to.

When starting a digital design project, there’s one question that should be at the forefront of your mind – how will we measure success? Yet many organizations start a major design or UX project – a website redesign, a brand refresh, a new venture – without seriously considering this question. Whether they think the outcome

The late great business management scholar Peter Drucker once said “any business enterprise has two – and only these two — basic functions: marketing and innovation.” Not surprisingly, most business leaders I work with today recognize that marketing plays a critical role in the success of their organization. But they often disagree on marketing’s definition.
ETR remained flexible throughout our engagement and really pushed us (in a good way) to make the best product possible.
