True to this statement, MSG wanted to develop a tool to better serve their partner community. When you are a partner of MSG, you are also a member of an elite club that gets you unprecedented access, premier opportunities and much more.
ETR moved quickly to understand the user's needs and to identify ways a digital product could improve process and truly add value. Once clear goals were established, we moved swiftly to define the requirements for what would become, MSG’s Partners Platform.
In addition to being a powerful B2B network, the Partners Platform operates as a central repository for creative assets, making it much easier to locate what you need, when you need it. Centralized asset management also helps maintain brand consistency across MSG’s network and products. Complete with campaign case studies and results, the Partners Platform provides a historical view that helps advertisers forecast expected future performance.
Upon launch, ETR attended the MSG Partner Summit to introduce the Platform and help train new users to get the most out of the tool.
